I’ve been feeling busy and a little overwhelmed with life lately and am thinking a little self care will go a long way. I have never been one to put on make up or stress too much about the way I dress but I’m starting to feel very dowdy and like I never wear anything nice because let’s face it - kid will just snot on it anyway. I no longer dye my hair because I have a lot of grey coming through and am sick of dying so often so I’m growing it out. I feel old and ugly! I rarely find time to brush my teeth of a morning or look in the mirror, let alone put on make up. My hair is near always in a mum-bun as I get out of the car at wherever I needed to go to first for the day. I’ve recently started doing yoga once a week and that has helped how I feel about all this. I guess what I’m really asking is what do you do appearance-wise each morning to make yourself feel a little better?
